Debbie Major, the Founder of Zylofone has created the ultimate interactive creative and performing arts experience and inspiring educational opportunities for people of all ages and abilities. As a single mother, having raised highly functioning twin boys with special needs , Gage was born with Cerebral Palsy and Asperger’s Syndrome; Jacob has classical autism – Debbie is intimately familiar with the challenges, frustrations and systemic bias that people with disabilities are confronted with on a daily basis. Having also enjoyed a long distinguished career as a renowned vocalist, musician, performer and music educator, she is also uniquely qualified to understand what most effectively works to teach, engage and inspire many special needs individuals to achieve their fullest potential. Over many years of observing, evaluating, and fine-tuning her teaching methods and techniques, she has developed a veritable plethora of ideas that would better serve people with disabilities in the performing arts community, including physical space design concepts, visual stimulation, and sensory perception.

Kellyann Kostyal–Larrier has proudly served since 2010 as the Executive Director of Safe Homes of Orange County where she works alongside amazing women and men every day that work towards eliminating intimate partner and teen dating violence, and human trafficking through provision of services, outreach, and education. Kellyann has dedicated her career to building collaborative relationships with businesses, communities, and individuals in order to help all victims and their families impacted by domestic violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking. Kellyann has been honored for her work by the Dutchess County Coalition against domestic violence, was a 2016 Tribute to Women of Achievement honoree; and in 2017 received the FBI Director’s Community Leadership Award. Elizabeth works with the board of directors, professional advisors and volunteers to plan, structure, implement and monitor an effective development program that will increase endowed and non-endowed assets, develop and maintain good relationships with nonprofit organizations, and steward current and prospective donors. Elizabeth is an Orange County native with a strong background in development and marketing having worked at Inspire – Orange County Cerebral Palsy Association and the Town of Wallkill Boys & Girls Club prior to joining the staff at the Community Foundation.  She is a 2004 graduate of Emerson College with a degree in Marketing Communications. Elizabeth is a 2008 graduate of Leadership Orange and has just obtained her Certified Fundraising Executive certification. She is a member of Junior League of Orange County, Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Auxiliary Board, the Mid-Hudson Valley Association of Fundraising Professionals and serves as a trustee of Orange Regional Medical Center Foundation. She currently resides in Newburgh with her husband Bill Fioravanti and daughter, Mira.

Chris HeadshotChris Mollinelli

Christopher Molinelli is the Executive Director for HONOR, and has been with the Agency for 20 years serving in various roles throughout that time. As the Executive Director, Chris has the ultimate responsibility for the overall leadership of the Agency and management of the day to day operations of HONOR’s 15 programs.  Chris’ strengths are in assessment of organizational needs and managing the execution of Agency-wide strategies to support and sustain efforts to grow and strengthen the Agency’s infrastructure. In 2016, Chris worked with both New York State and Orange County in re-designing HONOR’s Substance Abuse program, being the first program in upstate New York to be approved for the Residential Stabilization and Rehabilitation program.  Chris also serves as the elected President of Orange County’s Continuum of Care which serves as the entry point into the County’s coordinated homeless system as well as serving on the Orange County Veteran’s Taskforce.

Chris attended the College of Mount Saint Vincent and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology. He lives in Warwick with his wife, Stephanie, and two children, Samantha and Michael.  Chris is very active in his community where he coaches and supports his son’s local Little League and Basketball teams, and volunteers with the VFW.  He has championed and supported cancer research by assisting Westchester / Connecticut LLS and serving on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Cancer Fund out of Westchester Medical Center.

HONOR-Liz Schmidt picLiz Schmidt

Liz Schmidt has worked with HONOR for 16 years. She served as the Agency’s Human Resource Manager for 13 years, until being appointed Chief of Staff and Employee Development a few years ago.  Liz is passionate about the work HONOR does providing individualized and integrated services to people who may be combating chemical dependency, in need of transitional housing, or requiring crisis intervention. In this role she is a strategic partner who plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs, and evaluates the Agency’s Human Resource and training functions as well as HONOR’s Vocational Services and Public Relations. She has had the opportunity to help design programs, assessing the overall direction and strategy and how these programs will impact Orange County and those residing here needing HONOR’s services, all while maintaining a culture of integrity and high quality care.  Most recently she worked with both the State and the County in re-designing HONOR’s Substance Abuse program, HONOR Recovery.

Liz attended State University of New York College at Brockport and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications. She lives in Middletown with her husband Pete and son Trevor.  Liz is very active in her community where she supports her son’s local Little League, Soccer, Basketball and Lacrosse teams.

Robert Krahulik is a partner in the law firm of Beattie and Krahulik, a full service law firm. His program “The Lawyer Guy” airs every Tuesday at 12:00 Noon.  Mr. Krahulik’s experience encompasses the following areas: residential real estate, commercial real estate, real estate lending and finance, real estate titles and title insurance, leasing, foreclosures, commercial, corporate, land use, planning and zoning, municipal, estate planning and administration, special education, state and federal regulation of banks, thrift institutions and their holding companies, and board of director governance matters.

Mr. Krahulik serves as Trustee of SUNY Orange/OCCC, and has served as the President and Board Member of the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce, Trustee, Secretary and Treasurer of the Orange County Citizen’s Foundation, Trustee of Orange County United Way, Chairman of the Orange County Municipal Park Advisory Committee, and Director of Winslow Therapeutic Riding Center.
