Amanda Dana

Orange County Partnership, Director, Economic Development, Business Retention & Expansion-New Business Development/Sales Executive

Amanda Dana has over 25 years sales and marketing experience in the Orange County area with 18 years in executive recruiting/talent management and 10 years focused on real estate and economic development. During that time, she has grown and cultivated many working relationships with individuals and organizations and has amerced herself with being tremendously involved with her community.  Because of her strong alliances, she has developed a very successful skill set of connecting people and organizations with valuable resources.  Amanda joined the team of the Orange County Partnership in 2013, heading up their Business Retention & Expansion division. In this role, she is responsible for fostering the growth of Orange County companies.  Prior to joining the Partnership team, Amanda ran a successful real estate practice in Orange County, New York.

Amanda is currently on the Foundation Board for the ARC of Orange County. She is also on two workforce related boards including an appointed member of Orange County’s Workforce Development Board and an active member on the Advisory Board for Orange-Ulster BOCES CTE program. She is on the Advisory Committee for the START UP New York SUNY Orange program and is a member of the economic development team for the Orange County Arts Council.  Additionally, she is a graduate of the Leadership Orange class of 2013.  She is also the past President of the Board for Montgomery Nursery School, a very reputable school in Montgomery, New York.

Amanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Binghamton University. She currently resides in the Town of Wallkill, NY with her 4 children.





Tom Lovelace is a retired NYPD Officer who fell in love with every genre of music. In 1984, Tom took his love of music a step further and created a successful entertainment company called Majestic Sounds. In 1994 Tom made a decision to raise his right hand to serve and protect as a NYPD Officer. After 15 years, Tom had a strong desire to combine his love of family and music and created a band with his two daughters called “The Armonia Band”, which is Spanish for Harmony! Always looking to highlight talent, Tom now hosts “The Lovelace Music Experience” radio show every Saturday morning at 9 am. The Lovelace Music Experience, Music In Sync with the World! Recently Christine retired after 30 years of serving as the director for not-for-profits. She serves as the President for the newly founded not-for-profit, S.A.I.Lfoundation.NY.org. (Strategic Access to Independent Living.). As a lifetime member of the American Society of Equine Appraisers, Christine has been appraising horses for the past 37 years.

After studying Equine Science at the Centenary University in Hackettstown, N.J. and Pennsylvania State University she opened her business, Signet Equine Appraisals (www.EquineAppraiser.net) in 1980. She was the director of a therapeutic riding center and appraises over a 100 horses a year. She is often called upon in court cases as an expert in the field of horses. As another venture she uses the BEMER to care for horses and people. BEMER is a bio physical energy application that activates the body’s own powers of self-healing.
