He paid a surprise visit to John Moultrie and Lee Peterson during their animal shelter segment, a show Carl started when he was a dj at WTBQ back in the 90's. Carl works at Radio RTE in Ireland doing the morning show. He started his radio career right here at WTBQ with a program he called "A Drop of the Irish". That show stills airs today on WTBQ hosted by Paul Byrne. It's been 9 years since Carl took his family to Ireland. His visit was short but sweet, and he promised to come back soon and possibly

entertain us with some live music!

Hurry back Carl!
