FRIDAY

JAMES J. CUPERO

Jim Cupero is a 1979 graduate of Villanova Law School. For more than 28 years he has practiced exclusively in the personal injury and medical malpractice fields. He came to Orange County in 1986 where he represented injured persons, as well as defendants, in personal injury and medical malpractice cases as Partner and Senior Trial Counsel in two of Orange County's largest law firms.

Over the past 15 years Jim has further limited his practice to the representation of the injured only. In fact, the Law Office of James J. Cupero is one of the very few law firms in Orange County that represent the injured only. A former member of the New York County Lawyer's Association, Jim is currently an active member of the American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and all New York State courts.
